With room for 18, there is space for everyone to gather together, or do their own thing. De-stress and detox in the SAUNA. Relax in the HOT TUB. Watch a movie in the THEATER. Relive childhood memories with 6 ARCADE GAMES. Play POOL, AIR HOCKEY, or SKEE-BALL. Sing a little KARAOKE! And, there is plenty to do on the resort. With year-round fun and adventure including an indoor water park, skiing, tubing, golfing, hiking, mini-golf and an escape room!
With designer touches throughout the home, you will find everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. 6 of the bedrooms have king beds, and the 7th bedroom has bunk beds with two twin and two queen beds.
The property:
This 3,000 square foot home is on two levels, with two massive decks providing seasonal mountain views. Feel like you’re hanging out in the trees and enjoy the peace of mountain living. Children are welcome, but this home is not child proof.
Main level:

This home is on the Massanutten resort, and just a couple of minutes to most of the amenities provided by the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association (MPOA).

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note there are FEES for use of the MPOA amenities that are paid at the time of use. We can't guarantee the community amenities and services availability and operation during your stay.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE
- Quiet Hours are between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007) Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers or R Vs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host
OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires.
- No unattended fires.
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check Massanutten Village.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.
PETS
- Leash always required when outside.
- Clean up after your pets.
TRASH
- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
