Located inside Massanutten Resort, this expansive 7-bedroom, 3,000 sq ft home is purpose-built for large families, multi-family vacations, and friend groups who want plenty of space to spread out and endless ways to play.
Wake up to fresh mountain air, sip coffee on one of two massive decks, and enjoy the feeling of being tucked among the treetops. Spend your days exploring Massanutten’s year-round attractions, from skiing and tubing to golf, hiking, the indoor waterpark, mini golf, and more.
Back at home, you’ll find everything you need to relax, reconnect, and have fun:

LOCATION:
This home is on the Massanutten resort, and just a couple of minutes to most of the amenities provided by the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association (MPOA).
MPOA amenities:
• Miniature golf
• Go-karts (seasonal)
• Tennis/ pickleball courts
• Playground
• Park with picnic shelters
• Ballfield
• Outdoor swimming pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (access to the MPOA pool need to be requested at least one week in advance from check-in date and access is not guaranteed - please contact us for more information).
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note there are FEES for use of the MPOA amenities that are paid at the time of use. We can't guarantee the community amenities and services availability and operation during your stay.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood within the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. Your neighbors may include full-time families, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests. Please be respectful.
NOISE:
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* Keep noise indoors during quiet hours
* No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its agents
PARKING:
* Keep all tires off the road
* Do not block fire hydrants or neighboring driveways
* Park only in designated areas or the overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr.)
* No buses, campers, or R Vs at homes or roads
* Overflow lot available with written approval from your host
OUTDOOR FIRES:
- High wildfire-risk area
- No open fires
- No unattended fires
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM)
- Firepits/grills may be restricted during emergency conditions — check Massanutten Village.com
ALCOHOL:
- No open containers on roads or in common areas
PETS:

TRASH:
